River City Science Academy is proud to celebrate the Class of 2026, whose 133 graduates received nearly $5 million in scholarship offers and financial awards while earning admission to colleges, universities, trade schools, military programs, and career pathways across the country.

These accomplished scholars will continue their educational journeys at a wide range of institutions, from highly selective universities and leading public institutions to private colleges, specialized technical programs, and workforce preparation pathways.

More Than a Number

While nearly $5 million in scholarships and awards is an impressive accomplishment, the true significance lies in what those opportunities represent. Each scholarship reflects years of hard work, academic achievement, leadership, perseverance, and a commitment to future success.

For many students, the path after high school can feel overwhelming. Navigating college applications, financial aid, scholarship requirements, career decisions, and postsecondary planning takes dedication, guidance, and support. The members of the Class of 2026 rose to the challenge and earned opportunities that will help shape their futures for years to come.

Guiding Students Toward Success

River City Science Academy is committed to supporting students throughout every step of their postsecondary planning journey. Through the guidance of counselors, teachers, administrators, and college readiness initiatives, students receive support with college applications, scholarship opportunities, financial aid and FAFSA completion, career and technical education pathways, military and workforce preparation, and postsecondary transition planning.

Among the Class of 2026, approximately 69% plan to pursue four-year degrees, 18% will attend two-year colleges, 6% are entering trade and technical programs, 2% have committed to military service, and 5% are pursuing alternative career and educational pathways.

In addition to 100% graduation rate, approximately 60% of seniors completed the FAFSA process, helping secure access to financial aid opportunities, while approximately 34% earned Florida Bright Futures scholarships, including Florida Academic Scholars and Florida Medallion Scholars awards.

Success is measured not only by acceptance letters and scholarship dollars, but also by the confidence and preparedness students gain as they pursue their goals. River City Science Academy remains dedicated to ensuring every student has the resources, support, and encouragement needed to achieve success beyond graduation.
