🎉 We are proud to share that Dr. Dogan Tozoglu (Dr. T.), Co-Founder and Executive Director of River City Science Academy Schools, has been named one of Florida’s Charter School Champions of the Year by the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools (FCPCS)!

Dr. T. received this honor as a Charter School Pioneer, recognizing his visionary leadership and lasting impact on public education across the state.

In a truly special moment, Principal Ustaomer had the honor of presenting the award to Dr. T. at our Middle-High campus — the very campus where the RCSA story first began. Holding the ceremony at this site made the recognition even more meaningful, reminding us of our roots while celebrating the incredible growth and success we’ve achieved over the years.
