RCSA Innovation

Out of all the students in Florida, only four were selected by the Florida Department of Education for the 2024 Black History Month student art contest. RCSA Innovation Kindergartener Blake G. was one of the talented students! She had the opportunity to dine with the governor, received a 1-year pass to the Florida state parks, and was awarded a $100 gift card.

Innovation’s Odyssey of the Mind teams participated in Regionals this weekend! One team took 3rd place in performance, while the other team placed 2nd and will be moving on to the state competition. Our students amazed everyone by creating a structure out of Balsa wood that weighed just 14 grams but could hold an impressive 105 pounds, setting a record for both elementary and middle school levels. Let’s cheer on our team as they compete in the state competition on March 30th!
