RCSA MH junior student Deshaun Hadley has qualified for the State Science Fair following an outstanding performance at the Northeast Florida Regional Science and Engineering Fair (NEFRSEF)!

A few of our high school students recently competed in the Brain Bee competition hosted by the Mayo Clinic and we are thrilled to also share that Deshaun took home the win!
He stood out with his outstanding knowledge of neuroscience and earned first place in the competition.
Deshaun previously completed a neuroscience internship at Mayo Clinic over the summer, further deepening his passion and understanding of the brain, an experience that clearly paid off.
With this achievement, he has been invited to compete at the National Brain Bee Competition in Irvine on April 25th! We are incredibly proud of Deshaun’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence.

RCSA Middle-High is incredibly proud to announce that our very own team, “Mt. Markus,” has secured first place at the Jacksonville World Affairs Council’s Academic WorldQuest tournament.
Academic WorldQuest is a flagship program testing competitors’ knowledge of international affairs, geography, history, and culture. This year’s regional competition was the largest in the Council’s history, featuring over 47 teams from across the greater Jacksonville area. Despite the intense competition, our students demonstrated exceptional preparation and global literacy.
As champions of the local competition, this talented group has earned an invitation to represent our school and our city at the National Academic WorldQuest Competition in Washington, D.C., this spring.
Please join us in congratulating Mt. Markus on this significant academic achievement. We wish them the best of luck as they advance to the national stage!
