Our RCSA Leaders proudly represented our schools this week at the UNF Taylor Leadership Institute Leadership Summit, an incredible gathering of educators, executives, and community change-makers dedicated to strengthening leadership across Northeast Florida.

This year’s summit featured an inspiring keynote from Chad Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of the Jacksonville Jaguars, who shared insights from his “Leadership Playbook.” His message focused on the power of culture, clarity, accountability, and building teams that perform with purpose – lessons that deeply resonate with our mission at RCSA.

Our leaders had the opportunity to connect with local industry and civic leaders and bring back new strategies to support staff, students, and our growing RCSA community
